What Payment Methods Do You Accept Currently?

Can Allure Ship to Multiple Addresses?

We can only ship to one address per order. In case, your order contains gifts or items that require multiple shipping locations, then a separate order will be placed for each address.

After an order has been placed, an email will be sent confirming your order. In case, you make a payment via card, the payment will be debited via your card. In case, the item you order runs out of stock, we will refund the payment.

All our products are handset and made with intricacy and precision. Due to the nature of our work, a slight variation in size, color or products is possible. Moreover, natural stones and pearls are always different from one another, thus a change in ornaments is inevitable. All our products undergo a rigorous quality control mechanism before shipping.
Return and Exchanges are only entertained when the article is damaged in transit or an incorrect product has been shipped. If you feel the package has been damaged or tampered, kindly take photographs and write to us at support@allurebymht.com. Kindly, do not open the parcel and wait for a response by our support team. Kindly make sure the barcode tag is not tampered.
Return Method
To be eligible for a refund, kindly mail your query to us within 3 days of receiving the order, you can notify us on support@allurebymht.com
Returns will only be accepted once our QA team approves your return request. To be entitled for a return, please send photographs along with the concern for our QA team to assess.
Once our QA team approves your request, we will arrange the collection of the article.
Upon receiving the product, we will dispatch the fresh product.

Refunds are not entertained under the following circumstances:
Wrong or inaccurate delivery address.

After 3 delivery attempts by the courier service.
Minor size, stone or color variation due to the nature of our work.
If the product is not damaged or faulty.

Local Shipping
We offer free shipping in Pakistan.
We do not ship order to PO boxes. Moreover, all orders shipped to rural destinations require additional time.

Delivery
Orders shipped within Pakistan are delivered within 4-5 days upon confirmation. In rare cases, a delay may occur due to natural causes, etc.
International Shipping

Delivery
International shipping charges are listed on our website. The shipping charges and transit times varies from country to country. We make all international shipments via DHL ensuring all products reach the destination in optimum condition. Allure by MHT does not guarantee the exact delivery time of international shipments due to the customs.
